• Company Name: to be included as part of the return shipping address for passport
• Travel Plans: to prioritize the processing of applications by the Department of State
• Information on passports, marriage certificates or any other original documents you send to us will not be kept by http://www.rushmydocs.com. All documents are returned to the applicant with the completed passport or visa.
• Passport Number, SSN, and Birth Place are used to complete forms submitted to the government and for no other purpose

In certain situations, RushMyDocs.com, LLC may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
